Title: Property Manager Apartments Plymouth Meeting PA
Duties:
- Will manage on-site staff of a 150 unit conventional market rate apartment community in Plymouth Meeting PA
-Marketing Outreach Increase Occupancy Rate
- Tenant and resident relations, leasing, accounts receivables and payables.
-Prepare monthly financials, manage leasing agents, maintenance and grounds crew.
-Hiring and training new employees.
-Marketing Plan and resident relations.
-Secure and prepare Tenant leases.
-Schedule outside contractors to provide repairs, landscaping and curb appeal /Appearances.
Job requirements / qualifications
-7 to 15 years of on-site apartment multifamily property management experience.
-Strong Marketing Outreach Skills
-Leasing, maintenance, budgets, property reports and resident retention.
-High energy individual with excellent property management
-Must have apartment property management on-site community experience.
