About Us
Established Montgomery County, Pennsylvania commercial real estate company that is recruiting for a Property Management position.
Responsibilities
--- Develop budgets for the different properties and condominium projects, and track the same throughout the year
--- Bid out service and maintenance work and negotiate the resultant contracts
--- Review and approve property management related invoices
--- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
--- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants, vendors and other employees
--- Develop a face to face relationship with tenants' local managers and maintain a current list of the same
--- Follow up with tenants issues that arise from these encounters
--- Develop contacts with new vendors and contractors
--- Attract and develop new third party business
--- Be on call for emergencies and and weather related work
--- Schedule work for in-house employees and third party contractors
--- Establish, monitor, and update work lists for field personnel
Education
--- College Diploma/Degree or Courses completed in property management
Qualifications
--- 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience
--- Certified Property Manager
--- Pennsylvania Real Estate license
Skills
--- Basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
--- General knowledge of commercial building mechanical and electrical systems
--- Excellent communication skills
--- Well organized
--- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a group
--- Adaptable to a fast pace environment
