Decent size bedroom, I haven't measured it but I'd say about 10'x20'..closed in patio..off street parking..quiet neighborhood..I have a 3 month old pup named zoey that sleeps in her kennel while I'm at work..I also have my 10yr old son that is here acouple hours after school during the week and he stays every other weekend..I've been able to keep the utilities realitivly low, so I would just need you to make up the difference..I don't care for having people over all the time because I like having my house clean, quiet and relaxing..if you have any questions, just ask
